Operations Assistant Job Summary
MGA Healthcare Staffing, a subsidiary of ZOE Holding Co., is seeking an administrative professional for a direct-hire position at our San Francisco office. This office assistant role offers an opportunity to gain valuable admin, clerical, and data entry experience while earning a competitive hourly rate and advancing your career. You will:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the recruiting team
  • Coordinate with colleagues to ensure proper recording and reporting of external employee timecards
  • Manage hotel booking for external employees as needed
  • Create expense reports and work with Accounts Receivable to rectify billing discrepancies
  • Maintain working knowledge of compliance standards and audit team processes and procedures to ensure standards are met
  • Maintain candidate databases to reflect current work status and information
  • Assist team with employee retention by communicating regularly with active workers
What we’re looking for:
  • An administrative assistant interested in a long-term opportunity in San Francisco, CA
  • At least 1 year in a professional office environment preferred
  • Experience handling a high volume of phone and email communications
  • Strong data entry experience; intermediate Microsoft Excel skills a must
  • Associates degree or better preferred
