Digital Media Manager                                                         
ZOE Holding Company is seeking a Digital Media Manager to assist in the planning and execution of paid marketing strategies across our three main business units in home healthcare, healthcare staffing and commercial staffing.
Our Digital Media Manager will have an important, hands-on role in the creation, management and optimization of PPC, SEM and paid social media campaigns. That’s why we need a curious, competitive individual who is looking to learn, test, measure and kick butt. We take a team approach to our marketing efforts and the Digital Media Manager will work collaboratively across the entire marketing department – so you have to be smart AND nice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious digital media professional with 3-5 years of experience to expand their skills and advance their career by working as part of the growing ZOE enterprise. An ideal candidate will be a digital-first thinker who continually looks to improve ROI and who has previous experience in digital advertising and website management. Here’s the skinny.
About Your Day-to-Day
  • Manage display, paid social, landing pages, websites and other digital media channels
  • Responsible for day-to-day management and optimization of media campaigns including campaign trafficking, optimization and reporting
  • Working closely with the VP of Marketing and external paid media strategist to develop digital media plans to achieve business goals for each business line
  • Working closely with business line stakeholders to ensure media plans achieve business objectives
  • Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including working with graphic designers to develop templates, calls-to-action and content used in email sends
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests and promotions that succeed through email
  • Monitor website performance and recommend optimizations for sites, working closely with Content Marketing Manager on execution
  • Measure results, develop reports, identify trends, provide actionable recommendations for improved campaign performance
Skills You Will Need
  • Digital media planning, activation and analytics experience (agency side preferred)
  • Experience optimizing websites and landing pages for organic search
  • Experience collaborating on email marketing campaigns (SendGrid, HubSpot)
  • Highly analytical and able to interpret data from A/B testing and email optimization
  • Experience using Google Analytics Tag Manager and an understanding of how to implement new tags and triggers according to best practices
  • Proficiency with Google AdWords (Google AdWords certified professional a plus)
  • Disciplined and focused with the ability to adhere to project timelines
  • Enthusiastic, positive mindset and ready to collaborate with team members
  • Excellent writer and communicator in both written and verbal form
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or similar analytical field of study
