Client Services Manager Job Summary:
MGA Home Healthcare, a subsidiary of ZOE Holding Co., is seeking an experienced Account Manager for a great opportunity in our Austin office! This account executive role is a full-time, direct hire position responsible for coordinating between MGA Home Healthcare and the families we support while also generating leads to new business. As an MGA Healthcare Account Manager, you can expect competitive pay, excellent professional development and training opportunities, and benefit eligibility after just 30 days of full-time employment!

You will:

  • Build strong relationships with and serve as the point of contact for your customers
  • Ensure delivery of MGA Home Healthcare solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Track and communicate the progress of key account metrics and initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to grow new opportunities within your territory
  • Assist with requests and issue escalations as needed

What we're looking for:

  • A Client Services Manager seeking a direct-hire opportunity in Austin, TX
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Account management, sales, or other relevant experience (healthcare related preferred)
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Bilingual a plus!
