Talent Acquisition Manager - Exempt
Job Summary
Reports directly to Director of Talent Acquisition and is responsible for the external recruitment of staff and the staffing operations of the department. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for training Talent Acquisition Professionals and Specialists.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Recruits new candidates and manage current field staff.
    • Trains new employees and aids in orientation.
    • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
    • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, websites, and other sources.
    • Negotiates salaries with candidates/external employees.
  • Given priority in after-hours on-call rotation
  • Assists with payroll and auditing commissions report
  • Has a thorough knowledge of compliance items and works with credentialing team to insure accurate and timely outreach for expiring items
  • Customer Service to both clients and external employees.
  • Displays a comprehensive knowledge of all employees, clients, and referral sources.
  • Performs all other duties assigned by Director of Talent Acquisition
  • Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively.
  •  Represents themselves in a positive and professional manner in the company and community.
    • Adheres to dress code with a clean and neat professional appearance.
    • Reports on time and as scheduled in order to complete work within designated time.
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicated from executive team.
  • High School Education - Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Extensive Knowledge of client needs and preferences
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English- verbal and written (Additional languages preferred)
  • Previous Customer Service Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Strong computer skills: comfort with Microsoft Office
