IT Support Job Summary:
As a Help Desk Technician with ZOE Holding Co., you will be responsible for tracking technical equipment including computers, phones, and other office electronics and managing set-up and support for these systems. This entry-level Information Technology position is a great opportunity to test your abilities and knowledge in a dynamic and diverse environment supporting 10 different offices across 5 different states. Expected duties include:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking IT support with both local and remote issues
  • Patiently walk customers through the problem-solving process
  • Assist with software and hardware changes company-wide
  • Track trouble tickets and annotate progress through our ticket tracking system (Jira Service Desk)
  • Document user calls, issue resolution, and related processes and procedures
  • Develop and assist in maintaining required technical documentation and inventory
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, and communicated from leadership  
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience with technical support, problem resolution, or other related experience; or equivalent schooling
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS and its applications including Office 365
  • Experience with basic networking configuration and desktop support
  • Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively
