Client Services Manager Job Summary:
MGA Home Healthcare, a subsidiary of ZOE Holding Co., is seeking an experienced account manager for a great opportunity in our Dallas Office! This customer service role is a full-time, direct hire position responsible for coordinating between MGA Home Healthcare and the families we support while also generating leads to new business. As a Client Services Manager with MGA, you can expect:

You will:

  • Build strong relationships with and serve as the point of contact for your customers
  • Ensure delivery of MGA Home Healthcare solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Track and communicate the progress of key account metrics and initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to grow new opportunities within your territory
  • Assist with requests and issue escalations as needed

What we're looking for:

  • A relationship manager seeking a direct-hire opportunity in Dallas, TX
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Account management, sales, or other relevant experience (healthcare related preferred)
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Bilingual a plus!
